Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When using the Contact form you are required to provide your name and email address so that I may reply to you. You should not place any personal information in the contact message body. I do not have any way to identify or categorize information provided in the contact message body to store or track specific pieces of the message text.

This website is hosted by Bluehost and uses WordPress for the website. Various third-party addons and plug-ins are used to improve website performance, security, appearance and functionality. By default no personal data is collected or shared.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data and what data breach procedures we have in place
We rely on the policies and procedures of our two main service providers (Bluehost for site hosting and WordPress for the site software) and various third-party addon and plugin providers to protect the limited data collected. We had not customized and software or other technology in anyway that compromises data protection. We have used recommended configurations including anti-spam, firewall, and automatic program updating along with other provider recommended configurations for the intended functionality of the website to protect data.
This website uses a third-party, Pixels. com, for order fulfillment. Buyers interact directly with Pixels.com when making a purchase. You can view the Pixels.com Privacy Policy for information on what they do with your data. This website has no involvement with the transaction other than providing a link to Pixels.com to make the purchase.
What third parties we receive data from
The only information we receive from Pixels.com. our order fulfillment provider, regarding a purchase is the specifics of an item purchased (photo name, size, price, and other specifics of the item) and the general location (down to the city level, e.g. Houston, Texas). This site does not receive any other information including name or street address of the buyer or credit card information.
