I welcome and encourage comments as I believe we all learn from a civil exchange of ideas. So please, let’s have a good talk. Positive comments are appreciated. Negative comments are just as welcome as long as they are an honest expression of your opinions and not presented in a malicious, rude or offensive manner. You can learn as much from a frank discussion of your flaws as you can from one on your strengths, perhaps even more.
I do use anti-spam techniques to try to keep the bots out but ultimately will rely on a personal review of all comments before they can be posted. The “rules” are basically the same as at dinner with your boss; no discussion of religion, sex, politics; no profanity or rudeness. Keep it polite and respect each other. I reserve the right to block any comment for any reason but I really don’t expect I’ll need to do so. I look forward to our discussions.
